How Tattix collects, uses, and protects your information.

Account information: When you create a Tattix account, we collect your name, email address, and password (stored as a secure hash).
Artist profile data: Artist name, studio name, bio, location, social media links, logo, cover images, working hours, deposit and payment settings, and booking preferences you configure.
Booking & appointment data: Client names, email addresses, phone numbers, tattoo descriptions, placement, reference images, appointment dates/times, and notes you or your clients provide.
Payment data: Tattix uses Stripe to process payments. We do not store full card numbers — Stripe tokenizes and securely handles all payment information. We retain transaction records (amounts, dates, status) for your accounting and reporting.
Usage data: Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, and interaction logs used to maintain security and improve the service.

Payment information is never stored on our servers — Stripe handles all card data securely. While we strive to protect your information, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Booking records, transactions, and client information are retained to support your business operations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time from your account settings, though we may retain certain records to comply with legal or accounting obligations.

Tattix uses local storage and cookies to maintain your session, remember preferences, and analyze usage. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect functionality.
Tattix is intended for tattoo artists and their clients. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
